We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC) for FREE. Yes, that’s right, FREE SHIPPING!

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada is reasonable, but we seldom ship overseas due to the high cost.

Returns

Return Cost

If you need to return your bike, just let us know. We can usually provide you with the most economical shipping rates. But, you are free to return it via any method that will get it here safely.

14 Test Ride Days to Return

We know that part of our competition is your local brick-and-mortar bike shop where you can probably take a 20-minute ride before buying, so we decided to do WAY better! Ride your bike for two weeks, and if it doesn’t meet your needs you can send it back for a refund. You only pay the shipping.

Be sure to keep all of the packaging as it will be necessary for any returns.
